YikYak is a social app that many still remember. Jodel is the lesser known German counterpart that still draws in millions to this day. With his background as a user of Jodel for many years, Nick set out to apply a new spin on the campus based anonymous community app and launched the Hyperlocal app under the Hockey brand umbrella. Launching at NYU and Columbia, the go to market experiment gave Nick plenty of hands on grassroots marketing experience.
